The company culture is all about collaboration. Everyone in the office works together to support, mentor, and help each other reach a goal. This prevents any feeling of competition or a "cut-throat" environment (like McKinsey). Dress is business casual around the office and the hours are great as far as consulting goes. We work about 65 hours a week on average.

BCG has a metric called the Red Zone Report. This is used to track employee hours and make sure that the employee has a strong balance between work and life. If an employee falls into the "Red Zone," then the Managers will help the employee bring more balance to his or her life. I love this company culture because it makes me feel like they truly do care about us.
