I think working at AED strongly depends on what particular center that you are working for. In my experience, the balance of administrative to programmatic work strongly tilted toward administrative despite numerous discussions with management for more substantive work.

Entry level positions pay in the low 30s, but there are quite a few benefits that try to make up forr the lack of income. That said, don't expect to be able to buy rounds at happy hour.

It's hard to move up from entry level but easier if you come in at a slightly more advanced level.
