BDO is a great company to work for because the people are great, there are opportunities for growth, and BDO helps you study for your CPA exams. You get great face time with Managers and Executives of the company so you can learn and grow quickly from them.

You can quickly move up BDO if you show your hard work and ability to create value. You do not have to wait for a certain "window of opportunity." If you deserve a promotion, then you will most likely get one.

The work is very challenging and I always feel like I'm learning something new. You constantly work with other team members so you have to quickly finish your project to meet up with your teammates deadline. BDO is a large firm, which allows me to experience very broad accounting, while experiencing detailed and specialized auditing at the team level.

I have seen a huge turnover ratio at BDO. People here are fine, but the work is boring and mundane. We do the same thing for every client, so there is little diversity. Not a fun company to work for so go and get a job with a Big Four accounting firm

BDO is one of the top account firms, and is therefore difficult to get in. It is not top notch but you still need to have your fair share of ability, sociabiliy, and impressiveness.

BDO is a strong midsized accounting firm. We have a great client base, the employees are fun, friendly, and we often have social gatherings. BDO is a great place to start and continue to grow your career.

The work is stressful, but it's all worth while because I enjoy the people that I work with. The dress is business casual around the office, and we go to dinners and happy hours after work all the time.
