BDO is a great company to work for because the people are great, there are opportunities for growth, and BDO helps you study for your CPA exams. You get great face time with Managers and Executives of the company so you can learn and grow quickly from them.
I have seen a huge turnover ratio at BDO. People here are fine, but the work is boring and mundane. We do the same thing for every client, so there is little diversity. Not a fun company to work for so go and get a job with a Big Four accounting firm
