Excellent company with great work/life balance. Definitely one of the most unique and special banks to work at.
The work is pretty decent at Wells Fargo. It is usually a 40 hour mandated work week, but most of the time employees work 50-65 hours on their own so they could finish more work or learn more. With strong training, the work is usually quite intense, but quite satisfying when you have mastered the ropes.
