The company does great in giving us a good work/life balance. Expect to work an average of 60 hours a week, which is extremely reasonable for consultants.
The people here are friendly and welcoming. Bain does a great job at maintaining your work/llife balance, so you never have to get stuck on 4-days-out-of-the-week projects. The Managers and Partners at Bain have an open door policy and value your opinions and feedback. The Managers are very easy to talk to and you never feel looked down upon.
