As a middle management person in the US, I make close to $100,000 including the bonuses. There is no chance of getting shares or company stocks though. Vacation times are alright, and a decent 401K plan.

It is extremely hard to get to high levels because they are those with business operations and finance backgrounds, mostly French and Belgian (the company is French owned). The only chance you have in America is through the R&D group. They do like having Americans figuring out the hardest problems.

Dress code is business casual for corporate offices, but you can wear whatever you want if you are part of the R&D offices. You supposedly work normal hours, but to get work done on deadlines, most of the time you would be working hard into into the night.

There are cliques based on departments, but rarely on ethnicity. However, at the highest level, only HR and Communications would be occupied by woman. The rest are white men.
