The work is hard and long. They try to suck out all they can from you. But the support and care is not proportional to the work asked to do. Good people leave because they see no future. The better the workers are, the more work they are asked. The more competent people are treated more unfairly.

The Culture is basically none existent. There are no support, no diversity, no advancement. It's emotionally dreadful to work at this place. some people described this as the worst experience ever.
