There is a strong, entrepreneurial culture at UBS. The leadership is very strong, and I look up to all of the Managers. I get along very well with all of my colleagues, which leads to fun times at the office. The work hours are tough, but the people truly make it worth while.

The company is very tough, but at the same time, you meet some great people and bond very well because you're going through such a hard time. I have created a very tight-knit group of friends, and we go out and take our coffee breaks at the same time everyday. The things you learn are priceless and the mentors your find will guide you throughout your career for years to come.

The work is very tough and challenging. I work with great people and am never bored with what I'm working on. I work as a Project Manager and manage developers, systems administrators, and the active traders. It is very intense to work hand-in-hand with the traders in New York, but it is definitely worth the experience.
