The company is very tough, but at the same time, you meet some great people and bond very well because you're going through such a hard time. I have created a very tight-knit group of friends, and we go out and take our coffee breaks at the same time everyday. The things you learn are priceless and the mentors your find will guide you throughout your career for years to come.

UBS is ruthless. The management doesn't care if you have a girlfriend, family, or a personal life. Once you sign with the company, you are expected to forgo everything for the good of the firm. Do not even think about having a life outside of work. The experience you gain is great, but the costs greatly outweigh the benefits.
