The company culture varies from office to office. My group wears jeans and sneakers around the office which are extremely comfortable. We eat lunch at our desks because there is so much work to do. This is what I love about the people. We are all fun loving, but when it comes down to work, we don't get up from our desks until we're completely done. There is a strong, team oriented environment.

There is a strong, entrepreneurial culture at UBS. The leadership is very strong, and I look up to all of the Managers. I get along very well with all of my colleagues, which leads to fun times at the office. The work hours are tough, but the people truly make it worth while.

You are closely watched at the company. Your internet behavior is closely monitored, your lunch time is closely monitored, and what you do in the office is closely monitored. If you spend too much time on the internet or if you take too long of a lunch, you will be pulled aside and spoken to.
