To become a assitant store manager or supervisor is fairly easy in each store.
as long as you have sufficient availability and contribution, (and, of course, the store manager has to like you), you can apply for promotion within an year

to be promoted to a store manager/division manager and so on will take a lot more time and contribution ( 2 years for each position at least )
