as long as you have sufficient availability and contribution, (and, of course, the store manager has to like you), you can apply for promotion within an year
(I have a friend who gets promoted in her 3rd month)
to be promoted to a store manager/division manager and so on will take a lot more time and contribution ( 2 years for each position at least )
