To become a Starbucks worker, you need to take a class on coffee! So everybody who works there is very knowledgeble and can answer any customers questions regarding coffee or Starbucks drinks and make valid recomendations.

I think the best about starbucks is that they do care about part time workers.
We have health plan, stock option, a free bag of coffee bean or tea box per week, 40% off on partner shopping week and 30% on the usual days, and they are all available for part time workers.
I enjoy working at starbucks, but it takes a little bit of luck to have a great store manager(Thank you Mike:)
