=What is the nature of the work??>
working at starbucks is fun.
once you've worked for, let's say, 3 months, you become a family member with the co-workers and, most importantly, with the customers too.
the work itself is not complicated, but requires a little bit of innate quality.
however, you can always find a place in starbucks. For example, if you like talking, and you have a great smile on your face, trust me, you will own the register. If you don't like to talk, but you have good memory, you can be on the bar side and make all the good drinks.
one thing is that, if you have been scheduled to open the store, you have to wake up really early ( or don't sleep ), which is the p in the a for most of people.

The company emphasizes the friendliness and convenience of its services, and this is reflected in the way their employees are treated. Surely, the job is one that may become rather stressful during busy times, but everybody I worked with was very supportive, including the supervisors. Overall, I think working for Starbucks Corp. was fun and rewarding, and it's perfect for all those coffee-holics out there (one free drink per shift)!
