Again, awesome. Southern's culture was still professional and of course always focused on the business yet there was always a feel of relaxation throughout the Company. Yes, employees were often stressed but if you stopped to talked to someone in the hallway you probably wouldn't even be able to tell. Managers are approachable, understanding, and realize that behind every "worker" there is a person.
