Training is not the greatest, but adequate and there are opportunities for training sessions throughout the year to keep up to date with technological changes. Pay is decent for the work performed and will sometimes pay for travel expenses (especially if the company takes a group somewhere).

The scheduling for RGIS is a bit tough, especially if you have any obligations in the mornings (like school). There was one particualr instance where a job took until 3 am to complete for the inventorying employees alone and I had school four hours afterwards... The actual jobs are not that difficult (just a bit monotonous) so long as you listen to instructions and follow what the company being inventoried wants. The work is, for the most part, completely independent with little stress.
