I always work on different projects. I have made proposals for potential client engagements and solved business problems while working at the client site. I feel that the work that I do here is a great stepping stone for my future career.

Accountants are in high demand and PWC is in the forefront of it all. We have A LOT of clients, very diverse projects, the learning experience is amazing, and I love the people. The point is that this company will remain strong for years to come. I am very happy about where I am at.

This is a great place to work for. Working at PWC will give you experience in teamwork, risk analysis, financial analysis, and a great understanding of the language of business. Bonuses, retention, and salaries seem to increase every year, which makes everyone very happy and increases company morale.

I love that there is definitely a yound crowd that works here. We wear business casual, play jokes in the office, and always hang out after work. The people at PWC is what keeps me happily working here.

The company culture is not hierarchical at all. The partners, directors, and managers are very open, friendly, and make me feel as an eqaul. They truly want to see me progress with my career. I work an average of about 40-50 hours a week, which is very decent. Dress is business casual and professional only when you are going to a client meeting.

I love the people that I work with. You spend so many hours of you day at work that you have to love the people you work with. The actual work itself is not that thrilling; however, the people here is what will make you stay at the company very happy.

I am a woman and a minority. I feel that PWC goes to great legnths to employ minorities and women and give them the same opportunities as everyone else. I have never been put in an uncomfortable situation since I started working here.

When you start with the firm, you are immediately matched with a mentor (who is an associate), a manager, and a partner who will guide you through your career at PWC. This made me feel extremely comfortable because working at a new company can be scary. The support and guidance from your mentors can definitely put you at ease and put you on the right path.

The company is excellent at listening to you and making you feel important. I am confident in approaching HR about my travel, commute to a client site, or about the industry that I wish to work in. The firm has taken an active approach to keeping its people happy and with high morale.
