During the busy seasons, expect to work 60-70 hour work weeks. Also, don't expect to take time off or vacations during the busy season. If it's not the busy season, PWC highly encourages you to take your time off. Working weekends also only happens during the busy season.

Salary Compensation as a Second Year in Los Angeles Assurance:
3 Rated (fully as expected): 52K, which was a 4K(8%) raise from 48K.

Company culture varies greatly depending on the office location. Some teams enjoy coming into the office early and leaving early. Other prefer to opposite and come in late and leave late. It is up to you to gauge your teams preference and adjust accordingly. On average, I work about 9 - 10 hour days.
