As a producer, the salary is about 55-60K a year, including multiple benefits including health and vacation. Biannual bonuses are good. Depending on which level, you can receive up to 20%-50% of your base salary for bonuses. I actually think bonuses should be the same percentage wise for each level of the company. The people who are producing would then have more incentives to do a great job. Overall things are great in Nintendo though.

Being a well-known brand that makes good games, it is quite competitive in getting into the company. There's usually a three round interview process, and they try to hire from within when they can first. They also look heavily upon if you can improve team morale and make others better.

The work at Nintendo is very fast-pasted and fun. Assuming you like video games, everything is a lot of fun and exciting. It is also quite stressful at times when deadlines are approaching, and you also must have a lot of flexibility in changing your schedules and projects. This shouldn't be a problem if you are used to video games.
