As a producer, the salary is about 55-60K a year, including multiple benefits including health and vacation. Biannual bonuses are good. Depending on which level, you can receive up to 20%-50% of your base salary for bonuses. I actually think bonuses should be the same percentage wise for each level of the company. The people who are producing would then have more incentives to do a great job. Overall things are great in Nintendo though.
As a manager, salary is usually within the $70-80K range, with bonuses of up to 50% of base pay. There's also a healthy insurance as well as a 401K plan. There's also a decent amount of vacation and floating holiday time. They usually take care of people pretty well.
