There seems to be a very high turnover ratio here. I have seen many second years at the company leave to move on to another company in a different industry and a lot of the top management move on with their careers as well. You can take this two ways: either Navigant offers you great training so that you can further your career, or after two years at Navigant, you just can't take it and you have to leave.

The company outlook is good. At times it feels like Navigant focuses more on outings and company events, rather than promotions and monetary compensation. Employees don't enjoy the work, but we don't hate it either. Overall, the best thing about the company are the people that I work with.

Navigant is a great company. The outlook of the firm looks strong, the management and leaders are all very smart and they are great people to learn from, and my peers are all very fun and friendly.
