Navigant does not have a case interview. All of it is fit. Because of this, it is not hard to get into the company. Although you do need a 3.5 gpa and great leadership experiences, they don't really test your limits during the interview. Thus, the team that I came into the company with were not exactly the most stellar people. The managers were also not people that I really look up to. Great people, but not great role models
