The culture at Navigant is truly great. Everyone in the company is very young, everyone is very friendly, and the Partners are always open to talking with you at anytime. Your incoming class is like a family. You start together, go to training together, and get promotions (hopefully) together. I like that you have a start class of about 10 people because it creates a fun atmosphere in the company.

The culture at the office is very young and fun. The people that I work with have high energy and we constantly go out on the town for happy hour. I have even met up with my coworkers on the weekends. There are many office events and we even get free sports tickets from the company.

Dress is very relaxed at Navigant. Business casual around the office and casual days on Fridays where we're allowed to wear jeans. I work an average of 55 hours a week, which is very good for a consulting firm.

Everyone is young, funny, and a lot of fun. We have casual summers (jeans from memorial day to labors day!) and business casual for the rest of the year. Our kitchen at the LA office is always stocked wtih great snacks and beverages, and I get free lunches many times a quarter.

The company is very young (most of the consultants are in their early to mid 20's) which leads to a fun environment. However, this means that you don't get that much exposure to high level management that you can learn from. You really have to be self motivated and take it upon yourself to create opportunities.
