The culture is relaxed. There are no particular dress codes. Employees usually dress however they want. Diversity varies from department to department. Managers usually dress in suits. People are nice, but there is also the occasional suppressive boss who pushes everyone too hard to make himself look good. However, in general the atmosphere is friendly.
At the bottom, the pay is on hourly basis. For starters, it's around $10.00/hr. It then goes up to the teens. For higher ups. Manager gets around $60,000. A director is around $100,000. System Administrator around $80,000. Senior Executives gets around $350,000 plus expenses. All of these higher up positions get stock options and performance based bonuses.
