The company is full of hard working and fun people. We truly have the work hard and play harder mentality. The office environment is serious and professional, but you can always throw a joke or two around and everyone will have a good laugh. Company events are always fun and enjoyable, and many people let loose and have a great time.

The company takes great care of you. Your overall experience is amazing, the people in the company are amazing, and the company perks just rock. Yes, the hours are ridiculously long and hard, and you'll never sleep... but so what! If you want to be an investment banker, you already know what to expect. Now you just need to find out what company fits you best.

You will work very hard. Expect 80-110 hour a week. Yes, this is very extreme, but it goes along with being in a small investment banking firm. The great thing is that you will be working on high level work. I create financial models, attend client meetings, and work very closely with the top management in the company. Yes, you will do a lot of grunt work, but the experience is un-matched.

The firm is composed of very impressive people. You will find some of the smartest, and most ambitious young professionals in this company. The interview process is very difficult and we only accept top-notch people. Everyone really has an incredible resume.
