Monday through Thursday is business professional. Friday is business casual. This is typical for investment banks. You do have that "investment banker" mentality and feel like you are above everyone else.

I work an average of 90 hours a week. The hours are long, but what can you expect, it's investment banking. The people in the office make the experience worth while.
