The company has a very disfunctional culture in the sense that people don't treat each other in a straight forward and candid mode. People are always hiding things from one another. There is little trust developed within the company and people view each other as competition. The HR department also does a terrible job in mediating conflicts, as well as returning calls for new hires.

A lot of powertripping goes on in the company.Communication is never too candid, and people are all watching for you to make mistakes. This isn't a place to work if you are those who believe that your workplace should be one big family.

I like the company overall, but I feel that there is too much favoritism. The beauracracy of corporate life is easily felt here.
