Training GALORE, if you like that kind of thing. I'm a hands-on person, not too keep on a gzillion computer tests and trainings. Offices are smartly staffed with a core team, but it hurts when someone leaves because the load gets put on the rest and there's still a budget to uphold...random corporate people coming in and out, rarely understanding the local demographic or clientele.
