Working at JPMorgan presents a great opportunity, although at times the work can be terrible. The hours can be horrendous.

Overall it was a great experience, not too formal, but with a high learning curve you are only given as much work as you can take. I worked in sales. The culture can vary between departments.

Has to be one of the worst banks to work for. Moral and communication among workers is very bad. They push diversity too hard and commonly hire under-skilled people. It's got a good name, but in reality, it's not that great.

Culture is very team based, people are smart, confident, and committed. Everyone is treated the same regardless of experience.

This is a great place to work as one of the top tier banks. It is definitely on the rise. The only time morale is bad is when it's been a bad year and bonuses are coming around.

Working here is like working at a factory where there are so many specialized people that it is difficult to add lasting value to the company. Often times you feel like your work go nowhere and you are just a number.

Summer analysts get a lot of time with senior bankers. We each get 3 mentors which commonly are managing directors.

There is a lack of communication from the top down. The senior bankers just love to talk but not to the associates.

Culture is amiable and respectable. Most people are intelligent and highly educated. It supports diversity yet still acts as a meritocracy, although given the size of the company, you are bound to run into some bureaucratic red tape. Dress code is mostly casual unless its you're meeting with clients then its formal.
