The company culture is very formal and professional. There are a lot of layers of management, and it takes way too long to get anything done. Every company decision has to go through so many layers that it cuts down on efficiency

The company is very diverse. There are many minorities represented and there is a great ratio of men to women. I appreciate the company's push to diversity the office place because it makes the environment very open and friendly. There are no elitist feelings anywhere.

I really like the balance of professionalism and the variety of levels in formality within the workplace. Everyone that I have met here treats me like their best friend and even the head of the department drops by often to talk to us and lets us know how well we are doing. It is only more difficult to get the appropriate ongoing training that employees need, especially if we are above entry-level employees.
