The culture here is fantastic. A gorgeus working place, excellent team work. There is no dress code. The leaders make efforts to listen and act upon suggestion by employees. The company prides itself on maintaining good life-work balance. People are supportive and encouraging for employees to try new things and working toward finding the fit for everyone. It's a pleasant experience overall.
The work is about the same as all the other big companies. It's usually about a 40 hour work week. The friendly environment makes it much easier to work. There might be more pressure for the financial advisory group because they are all sales and commission based compensation.
The interviewing process is very thorough. First, it's a phone interview. Then you move on to a all day interview with 7 different managers and directors. There are no specific format to the interviews. It's pretty much whatever the interviewer wants to ask. It was quite tiring, but not terribly grilling.
There are many opportunities of advancements. Some are even aboard. The opportunities are there and it's what you make them to be. If you work hard and show your interest, it's most likely that your requests will be granted.
Base salary is around $30,000 with approximately $7,000 in bonus annuallly. Managers get around $70,000. Financial advisors get around $25,000 in base salary plus commission.
