The company prides itself on maintaining good life-work balance. People are supportive and encouraging for employees to try new things and working toward finding the fit for everyone. It's a pleasant experience overall.

The work is about the same as all the other big companies. It's usually about a 40 hour work week. The friendly environment makes it much easier to work. There might be more pressure for the financial advisory group because they are all sales and commission based compensation.
