I like GT because of the people I work directly with. I do not get along well with the executives. They almost never show up to after office activities and never invite the Analysts to events that they are throwing. I think GT would be a better place to work at if there was more unity between the hierarchy in the firm.

I do not look up to my managers. They don't lead well and don't provide any guidance or mentorship. The office systems seem really outdated and we are definitely not a pioneer when it comes to technology. This is a very elitist company.
