I love what I do. It is fun. However, it is not for everyone. You have to be able to go with the flow, not need a bunch of structure, be entrepreneurial, and ultimately, get it done!

It is pretty hard to get into GlobalHue. It is the premier multicultural firm so it is the place to work if you want to work in that industry
GlobalHue pays very well compared to most advertising firms. You may start out low at the bottom, but as you get to the top (or if you come to the top from outside), you will be well taken care of
