I feel more like a slave than an employee working in GE. In general. we are expected to work 80-90 hours per week. Along with long hours of working hours, we are also expected to accomplish those "nearly impossible goals" that our shortsighted managers set up. It makes me feel extremely exhausted everyday after work.
