You can have an excellent career at EY; however, you need to know how to play the game. You need to be able to handle the extremely competitive environment, know how to handle politics, and really make an effort to stand out. You will always be up for review, but if you have worked hard and have created value, you will be greatly rewarded.

Do not work at this place if you apply for admin or support staff positions. This is a results driven environment, so if you are not directly contributing to the clients, then you will get no respect. You will receive no thanks, no credit, and no promotions as an admin

Working here at EY has given me lots of stress. I am always working on different projects, always working with different bosses, always have different team members, clients are constantly complaining, and the pay is not exactly stellar. The one thing that I can say is that the work is very secure and I am confident that I will never be out of a job.
I worked for the administrative team for the HR department. I have to honestly say that it was one of the worst experiences of my life. EY is known for its "people first" culture, but the HR department does not treat the admin as people at all. People talk behind our backs, we don't get respect, and it was an overall nightmare. Don't work as an admin at EY.
