Growth in Enterprise is known to be decent, primarily because they usually always hire from within. As a family owned business, they run the company like a family too, and as time goes by, people become elderly in the family and take on higher positions. However, the speed of promotion is relatively slow.

The pay at Enterprise is usually quite mediocre. However, the training is quite famous in the industry. A lot of other companies like hiring from Enterprise because of the solid training. Not a bad place to starta career, but not too great of a place to stay for long.

alls I know is I'm a superstar and I didn't get the internship position, so there you have it. I lost my tie right before the interview which might have had something to do with it... they are all about mr. clean cut and handsome.

Can you elaborate on how you are a superstar? Maybe they are just looking for people with different qualities. Also, they might not like it that you lost your tie right before the interview because it shows you might lose other important things right before engaging in clients or such.

You get lots of hours, which could be a good or bad thing depending on your laziness "see saw." The recruiters that came to my school are very personable and easy to talk to. They lack to tell you much about the work of the internship.

The pay isn't that great....a lot of people are forced to live with their family. If you stick to high quality work for 3 decades, you can make very good money.

One issue regarding the growth: even though the company promotes from within, since it is family owned, it is not very likely you'll be at the top, especially if you are in the minorities group or woman.

I work for this company. I am a female manager along with three other managers in the area. My area manager is a female, her manager is a female! We promote because of sales not because of who you are!

Pay is usually not that great here. Working in the retail stores, you pay a bit over $10 per hour. However, you work a lot of overtime and you do get paid for it. The training here is indispensable too, so I consider it part of the compensation.

The work environment is great. Even though you are dealing with a lot of angry customers and have to dress in professional attire, all the employees treat each other like family and the environment is quite nice. We also receive a lot of training in a short amount of time. Overall a great place to work!

The company truly promotes from within, and all the corporate employees are strong performers of the retails stores. This is quite the opposite of the other companies like Apple and such that I read on this site. As long as you are willing to move, growth looks great!

Enterprise is a family run business, and it treats the employees like family too. The want you to have a good work/life balance as well as career outlook. However, sometimes there is a bit of an issue of gender equality...

ERAC is a great resume builder. They're quite picky on who they hire (since they promote a lot of people from within) and they give you great training. Usually other companies like to hire ERAC-trained employees because of the solid training. Most people I know who worked at ERAC had no problem getting other jobs.

If you have great sells record, you'll be able to get promote, and then you can work at the corporate office too. Enterprise usually only hires from within, so growth is pretty healthy here, as long as you do a good job.

Everyday you deal with insurance policies, checking car, writing down cofirmations, work on customer satisfaction, and sales. ERAC focuses on sales a lot, and each employee needs to make a quota in selling people insurance when they already have it. There will also be times where you have to constantly call customers to get them to pay. As any retail job, the work can be quite repetitive, but overall not too bad.

The work at Entreprise is quite stressful. You work about 48-60 hours a week, and you have to maintain absolute customer satisfaction. The corporate office calls 1 out of every 4 customers to check their satisfaction, and if they do not have a 90% satisfaction rate, you will be in trouble. The problem is, most people who rent cars are disgruntled people. They are usually those who hit their cars and are looking for a temporary replacement, or those who hit other peoples' cars and has to pay for other peoples' damages too. Every employee works extremely hard just to make sure employees are satisfied.
