whilst you can get a lot of benefits, (one of the few companies with a final salary pension until recently), shares(which unfortunately crashed recently but it's the thought that counts!)
It loses weight due to training being all sales oriented. Technical advancement in the company needs a colleugue kind enough to show you even though they are still expected to get their results

It is easier to get in by working for an agency first,

Personally i experienced unreasonable management attitude towards sales,
if your workload increases and other duties increase they still expect you to get your sales targets

Overall, company attempted to grow too fast especially when Fred Goodwin made a decision without waiting on a full result of research. But with previous sucessful growth to counter this

Really good when you can save people money, But only if you can do it with a Natwest product! (unlikely to have the best interest around.)
