Work hour is flexible and relatively regular. For engineers, it's around 10:00 to 8:00. For product teams. There is crunch time and long hours when the product is about to be released. However, to compensate for the long hours. There is a hot buffet for it at 7:00 pm. To nice to work here.
It's a very competitive hiring process. In all, there's about 8 interviews ranging from technical, testing and general "fit" interview. You interview with people ranging from co-workers to senior managers. The technical stuff are relatively standard, the "fit" questions varies with the interviewer.
