They expect the highest of standards as their employee records speak for themselves. They have people from big major company to come and work for them permentantly, so it was a little intimidating to see all these people in their respected field for so long with so much experience under their belt. But once you get to know them, they are just people that want to help contribute to the same dream the company has.

Growth in the company is alright. They do like to hire interns or contractors once they see they've done an excellent job, so even if you didn't get a long-term job there, there's still a chance

The pay here is great, as pretty much all the jobs are paid jobs even the internships. They train you and dive you into different areas. Personally, I've been working both on the front-end and back-end of the programs they need and gained valuable experience here

The company is very laid back and chill. Every friday, the whole company orders either pizza or sandwiches for everyone so that they can hang out together.
