This job pays really well for a sales associate position. You get a reasonable hourly wage and then there are bonuses for sales.
Not a ton of room for growth. Your pretty much either sales or a manager. Corporate is another story.
This job is all about sales. Sell more glasses and the better you will do and the more money you will earn.
Great people to work with and less turnover than a job of this level so if you like the people they will probably be around for awhile.
The sales part of the job is pretty competitive since a large part of the money you will earn is based off how much you sell. People are pretty reasonable about it though.
