The Compensation at CB is pretty good, especially if you make your quotas. However, quotas are extremely hard to make, and many do not make it after tons of hard work.
CB is careful with who they hire. They want to create a good culture for their employees, although recently it has been tougher and tougher.
Growth here is pretty strange. It's hard to be recognized for your good work, but sometimes people can get promotions pass their superiors. Because of the turnover issue, there would often be spots where you can get promoted.
Morale is very low in this firm. After it became a bigger company, everything is quite cliquey, and people do not show concern towards each other. Many are waiting for the right time to quit. They are always hiring for a reason...
The work is ok. Lots of hours put into the process without getting much recognition. The directions are not very clear either.
