They're very interested in making the necessary investments to see people develop in their skillsets. When I signed on, I knew a little about drafting, and a good bit about web design. I never dreamed I would do AutoCAD work, or 3D models, or photoshop renderings.

We do 3D renderings, colored elevations, colored siteplans, perspectives, presentations, and much more. Rarely ever is there nothing to do, even with the slow national economy.

They definitely look past one's age, looking at experience and skillset to determine a more than fair wage. (My compensation was doubled in less than a year)

The friendly environment is nearly cancelled out by the tension of deadlines and middle-aged men discussing Lindsey Lohan in the break room.

They're very open prospective employees, but they don't let just anyone walk in either. Good education, or good experience would probably be enough to get your foot in.
